sweetest things in life...

- When you survive the first quarter of your senior year in high school with distinction. So I surpass the pressure of the distribution of cards last August 22, and I can't ask for more because I think I don't deserve the grades I got. Well, there are three quarters more to come for me to prove that I deserve it :)
- When you welcomed the 16th year of your life with your family and friends. So since my birthday is a school day [that day was also scheduled for our mock NCAE], I'm still obliged to go to school even if it was my day. Good thing the day was hassle-free because there were no classes due to the mock test. But the down and sad part of my day was Tita Ednie was confined, I guess I still need to wait for my birthday wish [that Tita Edinie will survive the excruciating attack of cancer] to come true. But my family was there to complete my birthday, they treated at Yellow Cab at Mall of Asia since I wanted to eat Charlie Chan pasta and Yellow Cab's ice creams. By the way thank you to those who made effort to greet me :) pictures
- When you have your friends over for a slumber party. I invited my friends for a sleepover in my place, and I was overwhelmed because all for them came. We watched dvds but didn't able to finish a single movie. We just talk and tell stories all night long [bonding moments]. pictures
- When your grandmother reached 75 and still alive and healthy. Nanay Ticia celebrated her 75th birthday last August 25. We treated her at the restaurants at the bay side across MOA. pictures
- When the weeks of intensive practices you had for the Sabayang Pagbigkas led you to victory. "We want to win, but we are not afraid to lose." --a golden rule from Sir. Mo. We didn't won just because we are Senior but we won because, according to my mom and the majority of the audience, we gave the best performance. The Seniors rock the Buwan ng Wika competitions winning the interpretative dance and the Sabayang Pagbigkas. Congrats Seniors :) pictures
- When you are given a chance to travel through time and experiencing the beauty of our language and culture. Yesterday we had our Pistang Bayan, delicious food combined with beautiful Filipinianas, gave me a feeling of the past. Too bad we finished the festivity with a long homily of our beloved adviser. pictures
